We are proud to be a 100% New Zealand owned and operated company. Our office headquarters are based in Christchurch. Christchurch is located in the central south island of NZ, surrounded by some of the best outdoors in the world.

We don't have a big expensive warehouse and we don't stock products locally, when you order your product you are ordering direct from manufacture this saves you more however you may need to wait 15-25 days to receive the goods!

We want you to have a great online shopping experience we are only a email or call away to help.
We do not have a traditional retail location. We are a full e-Commerce business and pride ourselves on selling through this fast growing platform.
Our products are made in a number of Chinese factories. Our factories are managed by great people that we trust and have strong honest relationships with.
To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.

We accept no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur following delivery to you.

Any delivery times provided are estimates only. We do not accept any liability in any circumstances for any loss or damage suffered as a result of late deliveries. In the event that multiple products are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available for all products and we will make all reasonable attempts to notify you of such.

Please email our customer service department if your order has not has not been received within the recommended time-frame so that we can track the package sent to you.
Free Shipping for orders over $100. Estimated delivery is 15-25 business days once processed.
We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase - so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

So when you're at the checkout, take a second to run your eye over your order for any slips of the finger before submitting because once you've submitted it, it's too late!!

If your order has not been processed yet we are happy to cancel your order and refund payment, however if 2-3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

As the products are coming directly from the manufacturer, products can take 15-25 business days once processed.

You should have received a tracking number and sometimes products seem to stall. If this is the case please contact us with your order number and we will ask the manufacturer the status on your order.

If your product is lost we will provide a remedy or in some cases a refund.
